You can register a Ming Live App account using your mobile phone number. During the registration process, you need to provide true, accurate, complete and valid information as prompted. If the information you provide is false, erroneous or incomplete, you will be solely responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.
You should keep your account and password safe and not lend, rent, share or transfer your account to any third party. We will not be held responsible for any theft or other losses caused by you.
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately and we will assist you in taking necessary measures.
This application is committed to providing you with services . At the same time , we also have the right to adjust, change or terminate the service content according to business development needs. We will notify you in advance.
To ensure the stability and smoothness of the service, we may perform regular maintenance and upgrades on the application. During this period, some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. We will try our best to minimize the impact on you.
When using this application, you should abide by national laws and regulations, social ethics and the provisions of this Agreement, and shall not use this application to engage in any behavior that is illegal or harmful to social order and good morals or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

3. Information that maliciously defames, harasses, insults other users or interferes with the normal operation of this application.
4. If you violate the above code of conduct, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting account functions, and banning accounts. If the circumstances are serious, we will pursue your legal liability in accordance with the law.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Ming Live App and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter.
For matters not covered in this Agreement, the two parties may sign a supplementary agreement, which shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
